Shipping method and shipping time

The choice is yours:
In cooperation with DHL, we usually deliver your order 4 to 5 working days after you have placed your order. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will inform you by e-mail and you will also receive a link to track your shipment.

You also have the option of Premium delivery via DHL. If we receive your order before 12 noon from Monday to Friday, we will dispatch the goods on the same working day. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on public holidays and Sundays. In this case, you will receive your order on the following working day. When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a link to track your shipment.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery with DHL
From an invoice total of €150.00, we deliver free of charge. For orders under €150.00, we charge shipping costs of €5.95.

Premium shipping with DHL (Premium)
We charge a shipping fee of €9.90 for premium delivery.

Billing address and delivery address

When placing your order, you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. To do this, first enter your billing address when ordering. Then click on the "Specify different delivery address" button.
